ACCS started in May 1988 as an evening and weekend service company. Jeff Grycza, owner and an operator of the company, started his business at the age of 19. He has many skills involving complete janitorial services that he had acquired from previous projects, including tile cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, upholstery and carpet cleaning with portable and truck mounted units. He also supervised at a local hospital for years, in charge of a variety of duties and leading several employees. He quickly learned how to effectively train crews involved with janitorial type services (maintenance, grounds, and facilities). He showed his teams how to work together and how to display pride and quality with the job that was being performed, earning their respect.

ACC is the most professional and conscientious company I have dealt with. When I called about a water clean up issue, they said they would be here in an hour, 40 minutes later they arrived. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do and immediately started to work. As a result of their years of experience and getting at the problem quickly, we had minimal water damage. They showed up within a few hours of our panicked call due to water in our lower level caused by a sump pump failure. They came with a crew that was polite, professional, and wasted no time in removing the damaged carpet and saving our drywall from having to be replaced. They followed up to be sure things were drying out appropriately and kept us informed every step of the process. Their services are highly recommended.

This family company came out after I called with in the same hour ! Amazing work didn't cut any concerns and the owner Jeff and his son Austin was on site working hard and explains everything to us as they do it. They completeled the job in 4 hours and everything dried up great! What an amazing company thank you accurate 😊

They saved us! We were so lucky Toledo Flooded Basements was across the street working on our neighbor's flooded basement -- they came right over, evaluated the damage, and started pulling water/trash/drywall just a couple of hours later. Major rainstorm flooded SE Michigan and our greywater mitigation experts were a well coordinated phone call then professional scheduling follow-up away. Jennifer and Jeff plus their FAMILY and experienced employees rolled up in 4 trucks with 8 people ready to charge — efficiently — into the removal of basement carpets and effected furniture and exercise equipment. Then the floors and walls were cleaned and disinfected and BIG fans and dehumidifiers were left running as they headed out for one more job before their day was done. Communication and schedule coordination was OUTSTANDING. The family works right alongside the crew. Everyone was super polite and concerned with meeting our expectations. Recommended!
